Lifestyle Communities began over thirty years ago with founder and chairman, Michael DeAscentis Sr. His early commitment to integrity and demand for quality earned him great respect in the residential development arena. With the interest of his son, Michael DeAscentis Jr., in the family business in 1990, Mike Sr. formed D & H Diversified, which led to the creation of Lifestyle Communities in 1996. Since then, Lifestyle Communities has built and managed over 7500 apartments, condos and homes throughout Ohio and Kentucky and continues to differentiate itself from the market by delivering smart and innovative living experiences.
