Lifestyle Communities commits to one year of warranty coverage on all materials and workmanship on the interior of your home, which begins the day you close on your home. Your exterior warranty coverage lasts for 2 years.
Lifestyle Communities will cover the full costs of labor and materials for repair or replacement of structural and mechanical issues. The replacement or repair must be caused from a defect in workmanship or material within one year from the date of closing.
All homeowners receive a two year warranty on the exterior of their home. This warranty begins on the day of closing.
The warranty coverage for the common area and facilities within the community begins after the sale of the first unit in the development and continues for the next 2 years. For more detailed information, please contact your Sales Representative.
During the first year of ownership, a homeowner receives warranty coverage and has multiple opportunities to request warranty work. 1. 60-Day Warranty 2. 6-Month Warranty 3. 1-Year Warranty 4. 1-Year Drywall Repair In addition to the above prescheduled post-closing warranty visits, regular warranty service is also available.
