Ensuring the quality of your Lifestyle Communities home:
A member of the Lifestyle Communities Quality Assurance Team will take you through your new home to ensure your satisfaction with the quality of your new home and provide you with maintenance information for your new home. You will receive a Homeowner Manual, Warranty Information and Condominium Association procedures during this meeting.
While we do not limit the number of people that you can bring with you to your walkthrough, we do recommend only bringing a small number of people such as 1-2 family members or friends. The larger the crowd, the more difficult it is for you to focus on your walkthrough and learn about your new home.
This is what your binder of materials provided to you during your walkthrough is for. Everything that your Quality Assurance Representative discussed with you during your first and second walkthroughs is covered in your binder - from warranty questions to appliance brochures to contact numbers. You should also be able to find any information you need on the lifestylecommunities.com/mylife section of the website.
