Guest experts from Romanoff Mechanical and H&M Plumbing will kick off the spring season with instructions on air conditioning maintenance and all your plumbing needs. Admission if free, and Happy Hour Specials are available. All residents in attendance will have a chance to win LC Pavilion concert tickets.
