Om Fit Tip: Lower Body and Core Circuit Workout

Sculpt everything from your waist down with this leg-burning workout. With a mix of strength, cardio and core work, this workout will get your legs and abs summer-ready! All the equipment you need can be found at your local Om Fitness Club and ask your neighborhood Om Fitness Specialist if you have any questions.

50 Squats*
50 Side-lunge with leg lift*
10 Burpees
50 Bicycle Crunches

50 Lunges (alternating legs)*
50 Bridges
10 Burpees
50 Oblique Crunches (each side)

50 Plie Squats* (toes facing out)
50 Calf Raises
10 Burpees
50 Second Plank
*These exercises can be completed with additional weights
