Even at less expensive apartment complexes parking is less of an issue. Having zero assigned spots means fighting for a spot near your home every night. Simply not enough spots for the two buildings that share the one lot. Also doesn't help that most people with garage aren't using it to store their cars. We are parking in another buildings lot and walking, but I am very worried when that building fills as it just finished construction up we will have no parking options. I love this community, but that seems to be your biggest oversight, and I felt like I was sold on having a spot right outside my house. Which in the exchange is extremely not the case.

I love The Exchange, we have a lot of Room in our space to grow and the modern look is amazing Only downfall is parking but if you can see past that you will love living in New Albany park and the LC community

Great customer service, prompt maintenance. Construction is still occurring so some things aren't quite finished yet, but happy with my place so far

Excellent minus the execution of details. 5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars

In our apartment we had markes on walls indicating where it needed to be fixed and repainted, we had dry wall mud exposed and not painted. The front door looks terrible, the plugs in the walls only one socket works. Besides that I love the layout design, tall ceilings and excellent staff

Content but will be happier when construction is over. 4.0/5 Stars4.0/5 Stars4.0/5 Stars4.0/5 Stars4.0/5 Stars

Working from home is difficult with all the construction. I had family in town for my birthday weekend and we had to listen to construction dig up the entire road on saturday then redo it all day on sunday. It shook my entire home so it was tough to enjoy each others company. Outside of construction and things not working properly when I first moved in, it's been great.

The property is amazing 5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars5.0/5 Stars

It's a great place to live with friendly neighbors and a community feel. If you have pets, they will feel at home with all the green space to walk and run in and plenty of other pups to play with as well. The Exchange is the best place I've lived in the Columbus area

I love everything about the LC. The townhouse is beautifully done and the grounds are kept up with. Definately will recommend to my friends.
