I honestly like my apartment but they slacked on a lot of the homely features. The paint is cheap, the cocking in all the rooms, the base boards, the floors scuff easily , etc. The cleaning crew SUCKS I just feel like it wasn't ready for me when I moved in. The windows leak when it rains. The manager said my base board were ordered 2 weeks before I moved in...well I've been there for 5 weeks and still no word on my base boards that have water damage not just in the living room but every room. It's home for a year...I don't want to share on the site just fix it

The Place is BEAUTIFUL and makes me want to show my home off to everyone Very helpful staff and willing to work with whatever your situation is. Whenever you need something they are there to help. Compared to other apartments LC Greene is hands down the best
I will miss The Greene

Nice neighbors, and amenities, it's a safe community, with an accommodating and competent staff. Blake, Eisen, Olivia are amazing in the office. Jared and Dave are always working and patrolling the grounds, and ready to help. After nearly 5 years, I will miss The Greene and Canal Winchester.
Good but parking is a big issue

Horrible Management and Solutions
submitted by Nathan D. - Mar 30, 2017| Recommended: No
I would tell them it looks great on the outside but the mismanagement and things left go are not worth the hassle. The fees and trash pick up are not good solutions. There is one single trash bin for the entire complex which is too far away to carry your trash. There is not stop sign at the intersections and people almost wreck and honk all of the time. You are forced to recycle and use a trash bin that you do not have room for nor do you want. The trash has not been picked up multiple times. The sidewalks were not cleared at all or in a very poor manner all winter long as well as all of the drives. When filing a complaint they just charge someone 25 dollars in fees instead of actually confronting the issue. This works out perfectly for them because the they don't have to fix the issue in person and they get paid for it.
Parkins is a continious problem, we need assigned spots. Its out of control.

I would say the fine tuning is needed. The noise from neighbors is high along with parking are issues for me , along with no one ever answering the phone.

Decent Place to Live

I have lived at the green 3 months now. My biggest complaint is the maintenance team. They have been slow at times or just didn't know how to fix the problem and so I had to have them come back several times. The apartment overall is nice looking, the grounds are good. I can't hear my neighbors too much which is nice. The staff is friendly but just a bit unorganized at times but they mean well.
Beautiful community with wonderful neighbors
