No matter what pet-friendly LC community you live in, the amenities you need to keep your pet happy and healthy are never far away. LC RiverSouth Annex offers three pet-friendly areas.

• We require a non-refundable privilege fee of $300 per pet upon move-in, along with a pet fee of $35/month, per pet.

• Adopt or rescue your pet(s)? We think that’s amazing, and offer a significantly reduced privilege fee of only $150, per pet.

• You’re limited to two pets max, but there are no weight restrictions. Sorry, but no Chow, Doberman, Pit, or Rottweiler breeds allowed.

• When it comes to storage, you can never have too much.
