At LC SoBro, we require a non-refundable privilege fee of $300 per pet, and your rent increases by $25/month, per pet.
You’re limited to 2 pets max, but there are no weight restrictions. Sorry, but no [Chow, Doberman, Pit, or Rottweiler] breeds allowed.
Renter’s insurance is required to have pets at LC SoBro.

That's why we partner with The The Goat restaurant and bar and Morning Ritual coffee shop to provide our residents with free at-home delivery and a picture-perfect dining experience. Pool
Located on one of the two elevated terraces at LC SoBro, with poolside service from The Goat restaurant and bar (coming in 2020), is a resort-style pool and expansive pool deck, open seasonally (typically April - November) from 9am-10pm daily. LC SoBro residents are able to invite up to two guests to the pool per resident; an LC Access card is necessary for entry.
Storage
When it comes to storage, you can never have too much. Once the closets are filled and the drawers are packed, it helps to have extra space to store items you don’t need day to day. With ample closet space and additional storage available inside the buildings, our communities have several storage options to fit your needs. Looking for more excess storage?
