Is this community pet friendly?
  • Yes, we love your pets! Animals of all sizes are welcome, from kittens to Great Danes.  We have a few dog breed exclusions,  including Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, or Pitbulls (or any mix). We allow up to two pets.

Is there a pet rent at LC Preserve Crossing?

  • Yes, we do have a monthly pet rent of $35 a month, per pet.  See the question below about up-front move-in costs for additional pet information.

What amenities do you offer?

  • Our community is a place where our residents, guests and neighbors can build connections and feel like they belong. Our residents create memories together over drinks and meals at The Goat restaurant and bar, our social hub and gathering spot. Summers are always buzzing with energy at our resort-style pool, and surrounding sand volleyball courts. Our full service fitness space offers traditional free weight and cardio equipment, and complimentary fitness classes, like Spin, Yoga, Cardio Hip Hop, Pilates, and Bootcamp. We also offer several green spaces for your pets, as well as resident events for you to build meaningful connections with your neighbors.

What features will my home have?

  • Our living spaces are all furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, spacious rooms, and a washer and dryer. A variety of finishes, storage units, and attached garage options are also available.

What are the up-front move-in costs?

  • There’s a $50 application fee per person, as well as a $300 deposit (of which $200 is refundable).
  • If you have a pet, there’s a $250 non-refundable pet privilege fee, per pet (up to two pets), though if you can provide documentation that your pet is adopted or rescued, we reduce the non-refundable pet privilege fee to $125.  All fees and deposit rates are subject to change.

Do you offer a preferred employer program?

  • Yes, we do! If you work for one of our Preferred Employers you will receive a 50% discount your application fees & deposit as well as $150 off your first full month of rent. Our Preferred Employers include Limited Brands, Abercrombie, Chase, Mt. Carmel, and State of Ohio Employees, subject to change.

In what school district is LC Preserve Crossing located?

  • We are located within Columbus City Schools, so our schools include Avalon Elementary, Woodward Park Middle School, and Beechcroft High School.

Does LC Preserve Crossing offer rentals only, or is there a purchase option available?

  • LC Preserve Crossing offers apartments for rent only, but we do support our residents who want to eventually purchase a home through the BankIt program. Just for renting with us, and at no additional cost to you, you’ll accumulate 10% of your base rent each month that we’ll set aside for you. If you decide your next step is homeownership, you can use that money towards the purchase of any home, simply by working with our partners at Collective House Realty. You can accumulate up to $2000 (or 1% of the purchase price) towards your next home, just for living with LC to use for a qualified home within  60 days from the date of expiration.  This description of the BankIt program is intended as an overview of the program, see this page for full details, restrictions, and conditions.  

Are utilities included with rent?

  • Utilities are not included in your rent.  

What grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and entertainment options are in the area?

What’s the average commute time downtown?

  • Depending on the time of day and traffic, on average it can take between 20-25 minutes to get downtown by taking 270 South to 670 West.

What cable providers are available at LC Preserve Crossing?

  • AT&T is our preferred provider.

How do I apply to live at LC Preserve Crossing?
