Harvest Night at Franklin Park Conservatory
Candle making, s'more roasting, food eating & beer drinking - all at Harvest Night at Franklin Park Conservatory.
Picture a park filled with colorful fall foliage, a patio strung with white-bulb lights, and a blazing firepit waiting to roast a skewer of marshmallows. Add to that the aroma of warm, baked apples and the sound of live music and you have all the makings of an autumn-themed evening outdoors - and that's just what we have planned for Harvest Night at Franklin Park Conservatory.
Meet us in the park on Friday, October 2 from 6:30-9:30pm and experience the best of the fall season, including candle making with help and tips from Columbus Candle Supply (plus, you get to keep your creation). Then, stay warm with a special food and beer pairing crafted by The Goat's Head Chef, Brian McCafferty. The menu includes:
- Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels with Ranch Cream Cheese (paired with Budweiser)
- Chicken and Pumpkin Curry (paired with Columbus Brewing Company Pale Ale)
- Grilled Fall Vegetable Crostini with Maple-Coffee Vinaigrette (paired with Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold)
- Caramelized Apple Tarts with Candied Ginger (paired with Woodchuck Amber Cider)
