- Barre is the perfect way to tone and chisel your muscles through low-impact bodyweight, strength training using isometric holds and elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. Come join us and be prepared to strengthen, stretch, and lengthen your muscles in every direction! This class will focus on engaging and building your core muscles while experiencing the burn.
