Outdoor Grilling Safety Reminder
As the temps start to get warmer we wanted to remind you of some of our general grill rules to help keep you and your neighbors safe in the upcoming months.
As the temps start to get warmer (hopefully soon... hopefully tomorrow...) we wanted to remind you of some of our general grill rules to help keep you and your neighbors safe in the upcoming months.
Grills and all open flame devices should be kept at least 10 feet away from any flammable materials. This especially means we can not have grills on any of our wooden decks nor under any kind of overhang (i.e. a porch, a balcony/deck)
Clean up your grill and catch pans after they have cooled to help prevent them from re-igniting
We recommend keeping a fire extinguisher nearby as an extra precaution when operating your grill. Can never be too safe!
If you're in the mood for a burger, but don't have a space at your unit where you can safely operate a grill, it's not all that bad- The Goat's double-grind burgers are a delicious alternative :)
Happy grilling this year. When Spring comes, we'll be ready!
