  • 7:30pm Core & Flexibility

Tuesday:

  • 7:15pm Spin

Wednesday:

  • 6:30pm Barre
  • 7:30pm Zumba

Thursday:

  • 6:30pm Power Yoga
  • 7:15pm Spin

Saturday:

  • 9:00am Sunrise Yoga
  • 10:15am TRX Body Blast
