Check out the group fitness schedule for the month of September at your Om Fitness Club.

The group fitness schedule for the month of September features a variety of classes to compliment the line-up of strength, flexibility and cardio classes.  Make sure to reserve your evening on Wednesday September 9th for Sunset Yoga on the pool deck - it's an event you don't want to miss! 

Monday

  • Spin - 6:30pm
  • Yoga - 7:15pm

Tuesday

  • Zumba - 7:30pm

Wednesday

  • Yoga - 6:00pm
  • TRX Strength - 6:15pm

Saturday

  • Sunrise Yoga - 10:45am
