September Group Workouts

Fall back into your fitness routine with a full lineup of group fitness workouts at Om Fitness Club.

Here is September's group workout schedule. Mix and match your workouts throughout the month to achieve a balanced fitness routine at Om Fitness Club.

Monday

  • Zumba- 7:00pm

Wednesday 

  • Yoga- 6:45pm

Thursday

  • Yoga- 7:00pm

As a Falls resident, you also have access to use the Om Fitness Club at the LC Paddock property.  The Paddock "Barn" Om is located at the front of the property, and features a full schedule of cardio, strength and flexibility workouts.  The June group fitness schedule at Paddock is listed below - we hope to see you there!

Monday

  • Spin - 6:30pm

Tuesday

  • Spin & Core - 6:30pm
  • Yoga - 7:30pm

Wednesday

  • Zumba - 7:30pm
  • TRX Bootcamp - 7:30pm

Thursday

  • Cardio Hip-Hop - 7:30pm

Saturday

  • Sunrise Yoga - 9:15am
