Take your time to enjoy the outdoors this spring.

As we all know, April showers bring May flowers. This also means that it is time to go outside and enjoy nature. Whether you are in Kentucky, Tennessee, or Ohio, there are plenty of parks to explore. The healing power of nature is easily forgotten in our busy social media world. Most who explore nature commonly see improvements in reducing stress. Moreover, enjoying the outdoors may help improve:
  • Mental clarity
  • Decision making
  • Creativity

Another way to get involved outside are with the outdoor LC Sports teams or volleyball at The Goat. Usually each of those events will give you around 60 minutes of outdoor time, which is great.
