You're Invited to Beach Bootcamp
Get ready for the beach with burpees, push-ups and squats in the sand.
Looking for a fun way to stay in shape this summer? Check out the Beach Bootcamp in the sand starting on Saturday, June 6th. This bootcamp will be all-inclusive with 45min-1 hour bootcamp sessions, nutrition seminars, sponsor giveaways, and an overall great experience. Workouts will be total-body circuit training, so you can get your sweat on and head straight to the pool deck after. All routines can be modified, so all experience levels are welcome.
The bootcamp will run in two different summer sessions, or sign-up for both and be set for the summer. Workouts will take place on the volleyball courts of LC Paddock, and may be dependent on weather. Get more details and commit to be fit here.
