4 Reasons to try CODE Fitness

Let’s start with the basics. What is CODE Fitness? CODE Fitness offers multiple daily classes that are high-intensity interval training style workouts that blend cardio conditioning, strength training and flexibility in a total body workout. Equipment such as rowing machines, dumbbells, and kettlebells may be used, but the human body is the main piece of equipment during the classes. With all of the workout programs to choose from, you may be thinking, “why CODE Fitness?”

The coaches will begin the workout by demonstrating all the movements that you will need for the day and are more than willing to adjust the movements depending on your abilities.

The CODE Fitness coaches have a knack for spreading their infectious energy to the entire class.  Between the upbeat music and encouraging words from the coach, the 60 minutes of work practically fly by. Plus, coaches are fully engaged during the entire session to ensure that you stay on track during the workout and are executing the motions correctly. You’re not alone in this.

Download the CODE Columbus or CODE Nashville app through your phone’s app store to purchase a membership, view weekly class schedules, connect with the coaches, and reserve your spot in class. Don’t forget to show up to class 10 minutes early to check in at the front desk and get your shoes on.
