Lebanon, Tenn., Oct. 24, 2025 — Lifestyle Communities (LC) has officially broken ground on its newest Tennessee community — LC Lebanon. A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on-site, drawing guests from the City of Lebanon, the Chamber of Commerce, and across the community to mark the start of a project that will bring LC’s signature mix of homes, hospitality, and shared experiences to the region.
“Breaking ground on LC Lebanon is more than the start of construction—it’s the realization of a vision,” said Michael Mueller, Executive Vice President, Construction. “Every LC community is built with purpose and designed to bring people together through connection, experience, and belonging. LC Lebanon embodies that promise.”
Lebanon Mayor Rick Bell echoed that sentiment, noting the project’s alignment with the city’s forward-looking growth.
“It’s a pleasure to be here today as we welcome a new chapter of growth and opportunity for Lebanon,” said Mayor Bell. “This development represents investment in our people, our economy, and our future. We’re proud to welcome LC to Lebanon and deeply appreciate their confidence in our City and community.”
The first phase of the project will include 423 homes and feature LC’s signature amenities, including The Goat restaurant and bar, Morning Ritual coffeehouse, and wellness-focused spaces designed to foster connection and community. Residents will also enjoy volleyball and pickleball courts, pet-friendly green spaces, and a resort-inspired pool—all thoughtfully designed to create an active, social lifestyle that’s distinctly LC.
Located on Franklin Road, LC Lebanon will join the company’s growing Tennessee portfolio, further strengthening LC’s presence in the region. Construction on the first phase is now underway, with first unit deliveries expected in Summer 2027.
