Everything is taken care of in a timely manner and we have had no issues with anything since we moved in two years ago. We like that there is multiple grassy areas for our pet Our apartment is spacious and we have been able to really make this place our home. We also enjoy the amenities of the Goat, the work out facility, and multiple pools. Overall, a great place to live
Even at less expensive apartment complexes parking is less of an issue. Having zero assigned spots means fighting for a spot near your home every night. Simply not enough spots for the two buildings that share the one lot. Also doesn't help that most people with garage aren't using it to store their cars. We are parking in another buildings lot and walking, but I am very worried when that building fills as it just finished construction up we will have no parking options. I love this community, but that seems to be your biggest oversight, and I felt like I was sold on having a spot right outside my house. Which in the exchange is extremely not the case.
I love The Exchange, we have a lot of Room in our space to grow and the modern look is amazing Only downfall is parking but if you can see past that you will love living in New Albany park and the LC community
Like it very much.
Young adult friendly
I just renewed for another year I absolutely love living at The LC New Albany Park I've lived here a year and am still obsessed with my apartment, the staff is incredible, and the new Goat is stunning I could not be happier here I would highly recommend the LC to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home
Great customer service, prompt maintenance. Construction is still occurring so some things aren't quite finished yet, but happy with my place so far
Love this place. The leasing office personnel are so nice and willing to help any way possible. Moving experience was easy I will live here until I buy a house.
In our apartment we had markes on walls indicating where it needed to be fixed and repainted, we had dry wall mud exposed and not painted. The front door looks terrible, the plugs in the walls only one socket works. Besides that I love the layout design, tall ceilings and excellent staff
I have plenty of parking, noise is always at a minimum, good amount of area of dogs to play and exercise, however the interior appliances blinds doors cabinets counter tops are cheap and break easily and without mistreating or rough housing. I still enjoy the area, just a nice middle ground before buying a house.
