Columbus, Ohio, July 29, 2026 – Lifestyle Communities (LC) announced that Chris Harter has joined the company as Vice President of The Goat and Morning Ritual. Harter will oversee the continued growth and strategic direction of LC’s hospitality brands.
In this leadership role, Harter will lead operations, with a focus on elevating the guest experience, advancing team development, and strengthening the brands’ role as central gathering places within LC neighborhoods.
“I was drawn to LC because of the people and the shared commitment to creating experiences that truly matter,” said Harter. “Hospitality isn’t defined by one extraordinary moment; it’s built through the small, intentional gestures that make every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Those everyday moments are what leave a lasting impression. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this team and excited to work alongside such talented people as we continue creating meaningful experiences for our guests and for one another.”
Harter brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning entrepreneurial ventures and nationally recognized restaurant brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Southern Proper Hospitality Group. Previously, as President of Patina Restaurant Group, Harter oversaw a coast-to-coast portfolio of more than 70 hospitality destinations, from award-winning casual concepts to Michelin-starred restaurants.
“Chris’s passion for hospitality and his dedication to building strong, connected teams make him a natural fit,” said Mike Aamodt, Chief Operating Officer. “He leads with humility, and shares our belief that meaningful connections are at the heart of great hospitality. Combined with his operational expertise, those qualities make him the ideal leader for The Goat and Morning Ritual as we expand our footprint.”
Under Harter’s leadership, The Goat and Morning Ritual will continue to evolve, delivering exceptional hospitality and reinforcing their position at the heart of LC neighborhoods.
