LC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Moneygram and electronic ACH payments via the LC Access resident portal.
Although LC makes every attempt to keep availability information up-to-date, applications can be submitted at any time, and availability status may change. Applications for LC apartments and townhomes will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of the apartment and apartment type requested.
LC apartments and townhomes include a microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
Yes, if the floor plan or specific apartment you’re interested in is available. LC strongly encourages a visit to the community. If the LC apartment or townhome of your preference is not available to show, our team will call when something becomes available to see.
LC is responsible for water connection at all sites. In Columbus, Ohio, we will connect electric service through our partnership with Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP). All other LC sites will contact the local energy provider. Cable/Internet service will be at the discretion of the resident.
