What lease terms are available?

Lease terms vary from community to community to meet your specific time frame needs. For more details, please contact the Leasing Office of the LC community that interests you. You can find that contact information by visiting www.lifestylecommunities.com and following the links to your community’s specific home page.  

What type of apartments and townhomes does LC offer?

LC offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom flat and townhome apartments. To view available units at the LC community of your choosing, visit www.lifestylecommunities.com.

How do I apply?

You can apply for an LC apartment or townhome in a few different ways. Apply online by clicking on the community, unit and check availability button, or in-person by visiting the leasing office at the LC Community that most interests you.

What fees or deposits are required prior to moving in?

Charges vary community by community, and may include an application fee, non-refundable deposit, and security deposit.

What forms of payment does LC accept?

LC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Moneygram and electronic ACH payments via the LC Access resident portal.

How do I know if an LC apartment or townhome is available?

Although LC makes every attempt to keep availability information up-to-date, applications can be submitted at any time, and availability status may change. Applications for LC apartments and townhomes will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of the apartment and apartment type requested.

I have a pet. What is the best way to find a pet-friendly LC apartment or townhome?

All LC communities are pet friendly.  Pet rent is applicable (varies by site) and a Pet fee is due.  There are some breed restrictions – Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow (includes mixed breeds that include restricted breed).

What appliances are included in LC apartments and townhomes? Do they include a washer and dryer?

LC apartments and townhomes include a microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Do LC apartments and townhomes include garages?

Yes, many do.  Signature Stansbury townhouse units all include a garage. 

Can I see the floor plans of an LC apartment community?

All LC apartment and townhome floor plans are available for viewing and download at www.lifestylecommunities.com.

Am I able to see an LC apartment or townhome prior to completing an application?

Yes, if the floor plan or specific apartment you’re interested in is available. LC strongly encourages a visit to the community. If the LC apartment or townhome of your preference is not available to show, our team will call when something becomes available to see.

How do I get directions to a specific LC community?

For directions to the LC community of your choice, we recommend Google Maps.

Where are LC apartments and townhomes located?

LC has many locations, including Downtown Columbus; New Albany, Ohio; Gahanna, Ohio; Canal Winchester, Ohio; Sunbury, Ohio; Hilliard, Ohio; Dublin, Ohio; Louisville, Kentucky; Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Mount Juliet, Tennessee; and more coming soon. How do I pay my rent online?

LC Residents can pay rent online via the resident portal, LC Access.  All LC Residents will be enrolled at time of move-in.

How do I connect my utilities?

LC is responsible for water connection at all sites. In Columbus, Ohio, we will connect electric service through our partnership with Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP). All other LC sites will contact the local energy provider. Cable/Internet service will be at the discretion of the resident.

How do I sign up for Renter’s Insurance?

For your safety and peace of mind, LC requires all residents to obtain rental insurance prior to moving in and to maintain the policy throughout the lease term. Renter’s insurance is designed to protect the resident from accidents that cause damage to the apartment. To enroll, please visit ResidentInsure.com.

How do I place a Maintenance Request?

LC Residents can request maintenance service through the online resident portal, LC Access.

Can I refer a friend and, if so, are there any rewards for doing so?

Yes.  Referral fees and restrictions vary by community.  

What’s BankIt and how do I sign up?

BankIt is a program provided by LC in which we save 10% of your rent payment each month (up to $2000*). BankIt is available to LC residents at no additional cost. Funds from the program can be used towards the purchase of any home or condo in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area. LC residents do not have to purchase a home in an LC community to qualify, but are required to use a Lifestyle Real Estate Services (LRES) Realtor. Once the resident closes on their new home, they’re eligible to use their BankIt funds. *See terms and conditions for details.

How do I contact the Leasing Office at an LC community?

What amenities does LC offer?

All LC communities offer a fitness studio or Fitness Club. With the exception of the Annex East and Annex West communities at LC RiverSouth, all LC locations offer a resort-style pool. Most LC communities feature The Goat restaurant and bar, including chef-inspired food and drink, competitive volleyball leagues, and a full schedule of live music performances. All LC communities include regularly-scheduled resident events and social opportunities.
