Cassandra serves as Vice President of Human Resources at LC, where she leads the company’s people strategy. She oversees talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and HR operations. Cassandra works in close partnership with leaders across the organization to align talent initiatives with business goals, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustained growth.
Before joining LC, Cassandra held human resources leadership positions at Victoria’s Secret and EXPRESS. In these roles, she led enterprise-wide talent strategy, organizational transformation, and effectiveness initiatives for national retail organizations. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with executive teams to align people strategies with business objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
