Chris Harter, Vice President of The Goat and Morning Ritual, leads the strategic growth and operations of LC’s hospitality brands. In this leadership role, Harter manages day to day functions, with a focus on elevating the guest experience, advancing team development, and strengthening the brands’ role as central gathering places within LC neighborhoods.
Before joining LC, Chris spent decades driving growth for prominent restaurant brands and independent ventures. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Southern Proper Hospitality Group. Prior to that, as President of Patina Restaurant Group, Chris managed a coast-to-coast portfolio of over 70 hospitality destinations, ranging from award-winning casual concepts to Michelin-starred restaurants.
Bringing more than three decades of industry experience to LC, Chris combines extensive operational expertise with a humble, people-first leadership style. Chris is committed to developing strong teams and creating welcoming, memorable spaces where guests and team members truly feel seen and valued.
