P.J.Huff
As Chief Legal Officer, PJ oversees LC’s legal, governance, and risk management functions, and partners with LC’s business units seeking to enhance value creation. He also serves on the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining LC, PJ was a Partner and General Counsel at Watermark Capital Partners, where he played a key role in launching the firm’s first discretionary investment fund and overseeing its legal and operational strategy. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Watermark Lodging Trust, guiding the company through its $3.8 billion sale to Brookfield Properties.
Earlier in his career, Huff was Senior Vice President at Equity LifeStyle Properties (NYSE: ELS), and spent nearly twenty years as a real estate partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, advising institutional investors and global real estate platforms.
PJ earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University.
