Prior to joining the executive team, Ray demonstrated his exceptional leadership capabilities in various senior roles with CBRE across the United States and Australia. His extensive experience encompasses property investment, development and construction management, corporate strategy, executive team leadership, mergers and acquisitions, client solutions, and lease and sale transactions.
Beyond his notable professional achievements, Ray actively contributes to the community as a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Colorado Denver Business School, where he also earned his MBA in Leadership and Strategy. Furthermore, he serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Downtown Denver Partnership and holds the role of Trustee for the University of Colorado Foundation.
