Trae has 20+ years of real estate experience across all product types and roles including acquisitions, underwriting/analysis, P3 and joint‐venture negotiations, and hands‐on development of everything from multi‐family assets to complex mixed‐use and adaptive re‐use developments. As Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for LC, Trae helps guide the company’s strategic growth in target markets. In this role, he’s focused on leading the LC Development team to source new community development opportunities to support the company’s various vertical business interests, while maintaining close relationships with industry and community stakeholders.
