Nashville, TN, July 19, 2024 – Lifestyle Communities (LC) is excited to announce the promotion of Dan Matula to Vice President of Construction Management. 

Dan joined LC in 2023 as Vice President of Redevelopment and Capital Investments. An industry veteran with over 27 years of experience in ground-up development and overseeing major capital investment programs and projects, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position.

In this role, Dan will cultivate partnerships with all LC stakeholder groups and drive internal alignment to ensure the successful execution of all new development projects. In close collaboration with LC’s Development team, Dan will act as a liaison throughout project phases including preconstruction, horizontal and vertical construction, project close-out, and turn-over. He will partner with LC in-house construction and general contracting teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on brand, while achieving financial benchmarks and project development standards.
