Columbus, Ohio, January 2, 2024 — Lifestyle Communities (LC) has announced the addition of Jillian Anderson as Executive Vice President of Home & Hospitality. The Nashville, Tennessee resident brings more than 15 years of broad industry and leadership experience to this key senior management role.
Jillian is overseeing LC’s property operations, leading Home and Hospitality teams in their efforts to exceed industry standards in customer experience and overall operational excellence. Her tenure with best-in-class client relations, leasing practices and initiatives, and an ability to challenge industry norms support LC’s commitment to delivering excellence across all sales and experience channels.

Prior to joining LC, Jillian held the President position for Elmington’s property management organization, spearheading all operational and strategic growth aspects for over 200 communities and 60+ third-party clients. Her additional in-the-field experiences with The Irvine Company and Aimco allowed her to gain experience in markets across the Midwest, Southeast, and West.
