LC Germantown Wins Platinum Award for Community of the Year!

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) represents the largest network of  innovators, craftsmen, and problem solvers dedicated to building and enriching communities. For the past 40 years, NAHB has been showcasing memorable trends and award-winning projects in home design through their Best in American Living Awards (BALA) that promote projects and organizations that drive innovation and improve places where we live, work, and play.

LC Germantown won the Platinum Award for Community of the Year in the Mixed-Use Community, Multifamily Category.

This prestigious award showcases LRK (architect/design partner on the project) and LC’s success in achieving innovative design at LC Germantown that focuses on the residential experience, while introducing a piece of  urban fabric with a composition of buildings that draw upon the warehouse precedents from the site’s history.
