Nando will oversee the performance and operations of LC’s The Goat restaurants, Morning Ritual coffee shops, events, gaming, and social gatherings. Under his guidance, the company plans to enhance the resort lifestyle brand LC is known for today, guaranteeing a uniquely differentiated experience for its guests and residents.

An industry veteran with more than two decades of hospitality experience, Nando brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and visionary leadership to the team. Prior to joining LC, he spent six years at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, where he managed complex operations and delivered exceptional guest experiences. Before that, Nando held several leadership roles at Marriott, where he refined his skills in hospitality management, focusing on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
