We were told that we were crazy; that it couldn’t be done. Today, we’re standing here (pants a tad bit tighter,) proudly declaring that we’ve officially tried every single item on The Goat’s menu, down to the desserts and side dishes. We highly recommend going on this journey yourself, but in the spirit of sharing, here are 5 items that we’re loving right now!
Hot Chicken Dip
Spicy pimento dip, Nashville hot chicken, habanero oil, and chopped pickles served alongside ranch-seasoned tortilla chips--you’ll be fighting over who gets to lick the bowl clean. Trust us, we’ve been there.
Devil on Goatback™ Pizza
You can’t go wrong with a classic pepperoni pizza, but if you’re feeling more adventurous, we’ve got the pizza for you--white cheddar, pork belly, baby spinach, caramelized onions, dates, and sriracha aioli. This unusual ingredient combination always has us coming back for just one more slice.
Smokehouse Cheddar Burger
If we’re honest, the second we read bacon, cheddar, BBQ sauce, and onion straws, we were sold. Luckily, this hearty and flavorful burger did not let us down.
We thought classic BLTs were good until we tried the Southern BLT. Breaded fried green tomato, bacon, bacon jam, greens, sriracha aioli, brioche bread--we’ll never look at a boring old BLT the same way again after this.
Breaded cauliflower florets in a buttermilk marinade served alongside hot garlic sauce and ranch. Our only question is: why can’t eating our vegetables always be this fun and delicious?
